On Saturday being the 8 November 2025, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Prof. Charles Soludo of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) the winner of the November 8 Anambra governorship election with 422,664 votes, putting him in front and ahead of his opposition parties, this result and number of votes gave him the winning power and was declared the winner by the Returning officer and Vice Chancellor of the University Of Benin, Prof. Edoba Omoregie at the commission headquarters Awka on Sunday, the 9th of November 2025.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! The second winner of the election became Chief Nichols Ukachukwu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who pulled a winning number of 99,445 votes, making him the second winning party of the election as declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
3rd winner of the election is in the person of Mr. Paul Chukwuma, who is the candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP), as also declared and recorded by the INEC, making him the 3rd winner of the November 8 Anambra governorship election, as stated by the Awka electoral commission center for Anambra state.

While Peter Obi’s Labour Party candidate, George Moghalu came 4th with a total number of 10,576 votes, and this data and record put him in the 4th place winner of the election, with doubts people question the number.
John Nwosu of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) became the 5th winner, taking after the Labour Party with a total number of 8,208 votes.
The above results are according to data and counts released by the Independent National Electoral Commission, Center of Awka, Anambra state local government, as read and declared by the Returning Vice Chancellor of the University of Benin, Prof. Edoba Omoregie, on Sunday, the 9th November 2025.
The people seem not to be satisfied with these results as they question and compare the big gaps between the two strong opposition parties of the election, the All Progressives Ground Alliance (APGA) and its competing powerful opposition Peter Obi’s Labour Party, according them with the power and influence of the labour party being twice a winning party before shouldn’t be surpassed with such number of votes which the party of Prof. Charles Soludo of the All Progressives Ground Alliance (APGA) came with making the Labour Party looks new of a party instead of the old winning party it should be.

People think and believe Peter Obi’s Labour Party candidate was meant to at least come second after Prof. Charlse Soludo of the All Progressives Ground Alliance (APGA), this has left some not satisfied with the result, while others believe nothing was done that the result read was transparent, the labour party supporters was left with so much disappoints and kept questioning what was done.
Could there be any back work or manipulations with this result?, The people of the country Nigeria, have come to believe that the system of government towards elections is not transparent, and this always makes them question each choice and decision made by the electoral centers of any state in the country.
